He has immense commercial law experience and worked as the Group Legal Manager in Britam, (public listed entity in the Nairobi Securities Exchange), managing legal matters and cases in across seven countries within Africa.

Charity is the Managing Partner of the Firm and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She previously worked at Deloitte East Africa before being headhunted to oversee the tax department of a leading law firm. She currently runs a tax consultancy firm known as Par Excellence Concepts LLP.
